After 25 years at its old location providing quality service to its customers, Roy Jervis & Co Ltd have acquired Finistere House, just 50 metres from their old location to enable them to continue to grow whilst retaining our friendly efficient levels of service.
The new premises have been converted into two large showrooms, one upstairs dedicated to cycles and one downstairs for motorcycles and scooters with areas for clothing, spares and accessories included. With a 19 metre frontage, the downstairs showroom enables unrestricted views of new and second hand motorcycles and scooters. Two large workshops are available to cope with ever increasing demand for servicing and repairs on powered and non powered two wheeled vehicles alike. Large storage areas ensure that fast moving spares and consumables can be supplied on demand. A dedicated service reception will be created to ensure prompt attention and minimum waiting time. A waiting room with refreshments will be provided with entertainment for those who find themselves having to "hang about".
A large customer car park is available at the rear of the shop with access through to the showrooms for able and less able alike. For a company that has been in Ripley for well over 40 years, it is a testament to their dedication and positive attitude when similar independent retailers are closing and the big multiples who without the specialist knowledge and skills are trying to muscle in on two wheeled sales without offering the same levels of service, that they continue to expand and improve the level of service and choice to their customers. Our new shop is Finistere House which is to be renamed "The Bike Shop" it`s located on Chapel Street opposite Lidl.
